What we will do
- We’ll agree with you a date and time for installation that’s convenient for you
- Our in-house installers will arrive on time and fit your new flooring, based on the accurate measurements and plan, as agreed during your free home consultation
- We’ll ensure the perfect finish, including door bars, underlay and grippers, where needed
One-year warranties on all Clarkes flooring installations
At Clarkes, we appreciate that new flooring in your household is by no means a small investment. You’ll want your new flooring to look good and perform well for many years to come. That’s why we commit to one-year warranties on all new installations carried out by our in-house team of professional fitters. In the unlikely event that you encounter issues with your flooring in the first 12 months, we’ll be happy to return to your home and make amends at no extra charge to you.
Achieve a flawless finish to flooring
For the best possible performance from your new flooring, it’s important that the necessary preparations are made for your new installation. Our in-house team can oversee preparation of your sub-floor, which can sometimes affect the way that your new flooring sits, potentially ruining the overall finish. We can also remove and dispose of your old flooring on your behalf for a small charge.
